On this project the Clients wanted to increase the internal area of the building with extensions to the rear and side of the building whilst also maintaining the traditional style within the house. We were able to deliver to these requirements by using our in-house joinery to produce a bespoke joinery items. Havenley UK Ltd also restored the existing stair balustrade and installed a fireplace within the living area.

The Client approached us to carry out the conversion works of a traditional house in a leafy location into five individual modern flats with the aim of adding value to the property. To expand the internal area of the building there was an extension required to the rear and the construction of an entirely new additional storey. Havenley UK Ltd completed the works within a strict budget and timescale as stipulated by the Client. This was made possible by using our experienced project managers who oversaw the project from start to finish.
